Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware
- Previous experience in pediatric or school settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with delivering services to early childhood and elementary-aged students
- Comfortable managing a range of needs from moderate to profound
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and therapy approaches
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Provide both direct intervention and consultation for students across grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to promote student success
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Support students with diverse backgrounds and communication challenges
