Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Delaware state license to practice as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY
- Experience or genuine interest in working in school settings with diverse student populations
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
- Openness to travel for the duration of the contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, 1:1 speech and language therapy tailored to individual student needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals and objectives in collaboration with educators and families
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with other professionals to create supportive learning environments
- Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
