Early Childhood Elementary Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wilkes Barre, PA

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current (or eligible) SLP licensure in Pennsylvania
- Knowledge of working with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary school-age children
- CFY candidates and experienced SLPs are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other providers
- Flexibility and adaptability to a variety of caseloads and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct interventions to students, adapting strategies to meet individual needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student growth
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
