Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for school settings
- Pediatric/early childhood and school-based experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to supporting students with diverse abilities and backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students across K–12
- Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions for speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct therapy individually and in small groups, targeting students with a range of challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student progress
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment
