Pediatric Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist in Pottstown, PA

What we look for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
- Understanding of IEP development and familiarity with assessments and progress reporting
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to support a range of student needs, from moderate to profound
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to K–12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain thorough records
- Offer support and education to staff and families to reinforce strategies
- Adapt services for both individual and group settings, in-person or virtually
