Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility in progress
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations; early childhood and elementary experience highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and data-driven intervention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with students, families, and colleagues
- Flexibility to adapt intervention styles based on individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual students’ goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for evaluations, progress reports, and Medicaid billing when required
- Offer consultation and training to school staff on communication strategies and accommodations
