This full-time, contract position centers on delivering high-quality speech and language services to students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team dedicated to supporting students’ communication and learning needs, with caseloads tailored according to your experience and area of expertise—from moderate to profound needs.

What you’ll bring:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
• Experience with pediatric populations in early childhood or school settings
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered care
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and screenings for K–12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Offer guidance to teachers and families on communication strategies
• Adapt therapy approaches to serve varied needs and grade levels
