Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience with pediatric populations and a passion for working in educational settings
- Background in early childhood and elementary school services preferred
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads, ranging from moderate to profound needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services—both individually and in small groups—according to IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student care plans
- Offer support and strategies to teachers and caregivers for carryover across settings
