What we’re seeking:
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Minnesota
• SLP-CCC credentials preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience
• Comfort working in early childhood education and familiarity with IEP processes
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and record-keeping skills
• Commitment to providing ethical, student-centered services
Your responsibilities include:
• Delivering direct speech-language therapy to early childhood students onsite
• Conducting evaluations and re-evaluations, including some possible summer assessments
• Developing and managing IEPs in collaboration with educators and caregivers
• Documenting progress and maintaining timely records
• Consulting with colleagues and families to foster supportive learning environments
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary discussions
