Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Experience working in early childhood or school-based settings preferred
- Ability to perform assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to working onsite (remote/SLPAS not considered for this position)
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language and communication assessments for early childhood students
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans individualized for student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Foster a supportive, engaging learning environment for students
