Desired Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Experience supporting early childhood or elementary school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong clinical knowledge in articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic/social communication
- Previous work in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
- Excellent ability to collaborate with educators and families
- Commitment to conducting all responsibilities onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ communication skills using a range of standardized tools
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for early childhood learners
- Deliver direct therapy sessions in individual and group settings
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and comply with all documentation requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input on student needs and progress
