Step into a rewarding opportunity serving early childhood students as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time contract role (part-time applicants will also be considered) is designed for professionals passionate about supporting communication development in a dynamic school environment. Work onsite in a collaborative setting dedicated to enriching the lives of young learners.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or qualification as a Clinical Fellow (CFY candidates welcome)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood populations
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior school-based or pediatric healthcare experience preferred
  • Commitment to working onsite; remote work is not available
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Please note: SLPAs are not being considered for this position

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for students ages 3-5
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy in accordance with IEPs
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
  • Maintain meticulous progress records and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
  • Engage and educate families on strategies to support communication at home
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all learners

This contract position offers the flexibility to work in a full-time or part-time capacity and the chance to make a daily difference during the foundational years of student development.
