Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active license or eligibility as an SLP in Illinois
- CCC-SLP credential or in-progress CFY (support and supervision available)
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in early childhood populations
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience advantageous
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite with young learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services to early childhood students, fostering communication skills that support academic and social growth
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate in the development and monitoring of IEPs
- Partner closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and data tracking in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate actively in meetings, professional development, and campus activities
