Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Florida SLP state licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptable to various school settings and caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student speech/language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to support student learning and communication
- Work closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to share progress and advocate for student needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing supervision (if CFY)
