Speech Language Pathologist CFY in Sanford, FL

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Florida SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellow status (SLP-CF supervision provided)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered support
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with district and federal requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster positive student outcomes
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a vibrant community of SLPs
