Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Royal Palm Beach, FL

Embrace the flexibility to work onsite, in a hybrid format, or explore the perks of travel assignments—including appealing tax-free stipends. Successful candidates are eligible for a bonus of up to $5,000, and enjoy competitive hourly pay ranging from $55 to $60. Full W2 contracts provide access to a comprehensive benefits package. We welcome applications from SLPs holding their CCC as well as SLP-CFs, with supervision readily in place for those just beginning their careers. If adventure calls, travel assignments are strongly encouraged.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF status (supervision is available for CFs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or travel assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultative services to students
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Maintain progress notes and comply with district/state documentation standards
- Participate in team meetings and professional development initiatives
