Exciting opportunities are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) in one of Florida’s largest school districts for the 2026–2027 academic year. Hourly compensation ranges from $55 to $60, based on experience and assignment type.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Florida state licensure or eligibility for SLP (CCC or CFY)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility and openness for onsite, hybrid, or travel assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with student IEPs
- Maintain accurate case notes, progress reports, and documentation per district requirements
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Participate in school-based meetings and professional development opportunities
