Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Florida licensure or ability to obtain before start date
- Eligibility for or possession of ASHA CCC-SLP or pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is preferred
- Flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or travel assignments as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and report progress to staff and families
- Engage in IEP meetings, consultations, and ongoing training
- Support students’ social, academic, and functional communication skills
