Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with one of Florida’s largest school districts to offer an exciting opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC and SLP-CF) for the 2026–2027 academic year. Multiple positions are available, including options for onsite, hybrid, and travel roles enhanced with tax-free stipends. These contract positions are designed for SLPs passionate about making a difference in students’ lives—and for Clinical Fellows seeking strong supervision and mentorship in a collaborative, student-centered environment.
Pay rates for this opportunity range from $55 to $60 per hour. All positions are long-term, W2 contract assignments with full benefits.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Florida SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) status
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Dedication to supporting student learning and growth across diverse school settings
- Adaptability to travel or work in hybrid/onsite environments
Role expectations include:
- Conducting assessments and screenings for speech/language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct therapy services to students in both group and individual formats
- Maintaining clear, accurate documentation and progress reports
- Supervising and mentoring Clinical Fellows, when applicable
- Actively participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
