Schools are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) who are ready to make a significant difference in students’ lives through direct service and collaborative teamwork. What you’ll need to succeed:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credential (CF supervision provided)
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff in a diverse, student-centered environment
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy to students in group and individual settings
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success
- Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology
