What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida state SLP licensure or eligibility
- SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY (supervision readily available)
- Passion for working in diverse school settings, supporting K-12 students
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
What you’ll do:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with suspected communication or swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services, adjusting interventions as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure best practices
