What we’re seeking:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), OR eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or eligible state SLP license
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping students succeed
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced school settings
- Flexibility to work onsite, in hybrid roles, or travel as needed
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based setting
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
