Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or pending SLP-CCC or SLP-CF licensure for Florida
- Experience in school settings is a plus, but early-career applicants are strongly encouraged
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and staff
- Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students across K–12 grade levels
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation for goal tracking and IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s success
- Engage in regular communication with families, teachers, and administrators
