Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY
- Valid Florida SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Passion for school-based practice and a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication and assessment skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to PreK–12 students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
