Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or pending state licensure to practice as an SLP in Florida
- Eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Comfortable working onsite, hybrid, or in a travel capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other allied professionals to maximize student success
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide mentorship and support to Clinical Fellows when applicable
