What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current or eligible Florida SLP license
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF (Clinical Fellows) welcome to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Dedication to documentation and collaboration with educational staff
- Passion for working in a school-based setting
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide timely documentation of evaluations, services, and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Receive mentorship and supervision for Clinical Fellows, ensuring a strong start to your career
