Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Arlington Heights, Illinois

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Previous experience in educational or healthcare settings working with pediatric or adolescent populations
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering services fully onsite
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech and language interventions to high school students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and report progress, adjusting therapy as needed to optimize outcomes
