School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Anoka, Minnesota

Bring your passion for supporting students to a vibrant educational environment as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. As part of a collaborative special services team, you’ll make a real difference delivering direct and consultative services to diverse K-12 learners. This contract opportunity is open to experienced SLPs as well as Clinical Fellows, providing valuable supervision and professional growth.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Hold (or be eligible for) active Minnesota SLP state licensure; submit a PDF copy with your resume
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required; open to Clinical Fellows seeking CFY
- Experience or strong interest in working in a school-based setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment for all students
Core responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Track progress, maintain compliant documentation, and communicate regularly with families and staff
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success within the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional training
