Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Coarsegold, CA

Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each child's unique goals
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals to coordinate effective care strategies
- Educate and support families on patient progress and home-based interventions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and active SLP license in California
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations in a hospital setting
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to the needs and developmental levels of diverse children
- Organizational competence and reliability when documenting and managing caseloads
- A compassionate, collaborative attitude, with the ability to engage children and families
