Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current, valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience delivering therapy in a hospital environment, specifically with pediatric patients
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to help patients improve communication and feeding skills
- Monitor patient progress, update treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Educate and support families, providing resources and training to encourage continued progress outside of sessions
- Participate in care team meetings, contributing clinical expertise and recommendations for patient care
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

$3,001 - $3,174/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
