Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessment and evaluation of pediatric patients to determine speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs
- Provide direct therapy services to children, utilizing evidence-based methods
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and families to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Document progress, maintain patient records, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate and guide families on therapeutic strategies for home use
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to team decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current license to practice as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Proven experience providing pediatric speech and language therapy in a hospital setting
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development

$3,001 - $3,174/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
