Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Clovis, CA

Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active and unencumbered SLP license
- Clinical experience in a hospital setting highly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise working with pediatric populations
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide education and support to families regarding therapy techniques and treatment goals
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on patient progress and care strategies
