The assignment runs from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, and offers regular hours from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, ensuring a consistent schedule.
What You’ll Bring:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in school-based settings, preferably at the elementary level
- Skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech/language disorders
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary IEP teams
- Familiarity working with diverse caseloads, including RSP and SDC students
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Your Day-to-Day:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner’s needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
- Maintain thorough records and prepare progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal setting and progress monitoring
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Provide consultations and resources to classroom teachers as needed
