Key Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP credential and PA teaching certificate (all PA clearances required)
- Experience with K-6th grade caseloads, particularly with ASD and higher needs students
- Familiarity with EdPlan IEP system (preferred)
- Strong engagement, flexibility, and communication skills
- Prior virtual/remote SLP experience is highly regarded
- Tech screen passed; clinical exception (if needed) completed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students (caseload of 13 per day)
- Work with both speech-only and speech as a secondary disability populations
- Collaborate with a para to facilitate sessions
- Complete quarterly progress monitoring—no extra student pull required for documentation
- Maintain consistent engagement and high standards of care
- Participate in a supportive, organized charter school environment
