What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working with early childhood populations highly desired
- Will consider well-qualified, experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students efficiently
- Passion for making a difference in young children’s lives
Key responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy within an early childhood program
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and classroom success
- Document and monitor student outcomes, adjusting approaches as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as program guidelines
