This full-time, contract opportunity offers 35 hours per week for the 2026-2027 school year, serving a caseload of approximately 45 students. Enthusiastic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with CCC credentials are encouraged to apply. Experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) will also be considered for these positions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA (as applicable)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred for SLP applicants
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered therapy approaches
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, effective speech, language, and communication therapy to early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress, adjusting methods as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student growth and potential
- Provide guidance and support to staff and families on speech and language strategies for home and classroom settings
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines for therapy services
