Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania (SLP-CCC preferred, will consider experienced SLPAs)
- Experience with Early Childhood programs and/or pediatric caseloads
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide individualized therapy to children in Early Childhood programs
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Document progress and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain caseloads of approximately 45 students
- Participate in IEP meetings, reporting, and interdisciplinary teamwork
