Multiple positions are available, and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are encouraged to apply.
You will work with a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students, making a direct impact on the communication development of young learners within an early childhood program. Your skills and dedication will contribute to building a strong foundation for each child’s success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC certification required)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Will consider applications from experienced SLPAs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, plan, and manage a caseload effectively
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
- Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers and staff as needed
