Two contract positions are currently available for highly motivated Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary school students. These full-time opportunities offer a structured schedule and allow you to work within an elementary single-site or manage a diverse caseload blending Resource Specialist Program (RSP) and Special Day Classes (SDC).
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to supporting students with individualized education plans
- Dedication to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments
Role Overview:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
- Support both general education and special education populations (RSP & SDC)
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services
- Engage proactively with families to promote student growth and success
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a collaborative special education team atmosphere
- Hours are 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday, beginning August 19th, 2026 through June 11th, 2027
