Exciting opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF) to make a meaningful impact in an elementary school setting for the 2026/2027 academic year. Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CF) candidates considered
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech, language, voice, and fluency interventions for children
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Document evaluations, progress reports, and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions to enhance student outcomes
