Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in California
  • SLP-CCC or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
  • Prior experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary students
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to tailor therapy goals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to maximize student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support students in building essential speech, language, and communication skills
