Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification as SLP-CCC or ability to complete CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) requirements
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Passion for working with elementary-aged children and diverse student needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans for elementary students
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team discussions
- Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices
