Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current licensure to practice as an SLP in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY considered
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Manage either a single-site caseload or a blended group with RSP (Resource Specialist Program) & SDC (Special Day Class)
- Assess speech, language, and communication needs; develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
