Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to engage effectively with K-12 students, ranging from ages 5-22
- Adaptability for dynamic, multi-age caseloads
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 45 students
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for a spectrum of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with school staff and families
- Collaborate closely with a supportive SLPA and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings and contribute your expertise to the IEP process
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
