Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid SLP license for the state of California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous schools-based SLP experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Document services provided and maintain up-to-date records in accordance with school and district guidelines
