Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Previous school-based SLP or pediatric experience preferred
- California state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 29 students
- Act as case manager for 6 speech-only students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
