- Experience in school-based or healthcare environments, or interest in developing expertise within these settings
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents
- Excellent collaboration skills to partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Comfort with assessments, developing IEPs, providing targeted interventions, and maintaining thorough documentation
- Ability to adapt seamlessly to in-person or teletherapy platforms as needed
- A genuine commitment to inclusivity and helping each student achieve their potential
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs and craft personalized intervention plans
- Deliver engaging therapy—either onsite or through teletherapy—for individual students and small groups
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
- Contribute to IEP meetings, document progress, and provide educator/parent training as needed
- Support students’ social and academic growth by fostering essential communication skills
- Maintain accurate and timely records to track student outcomes and compliance
