Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current SLP - CCC credential
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively serve K-12 student populations
- Proven skills in providing both individual and group therapy
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy
- Monitor student progress, update goals, and document services as required
- Communicate regularly with educators, parents, and related service team members
- Engage in IEP meetings and collaborate to support students’ educational achievements
- Adapt therapy as needed to serve students in diverse grade levels and with varied communication needs
