Speech Language Pathologist in Duarte, CA

Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working within schools or pediatric healthcare settings is highly desirable
- Comfortable with in-person and virtual therapy platforms
- SLPA candidates must have relevant credentials for California practice
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency impairments among students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support academic success
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in both onsite and teletherapy formats
- Maintain thorough documentation of services and progress according to district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for individualized student planning
- Offer support and guidance to families and staff regarding therapeutic interventions and best practices
