We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to K-12 students in a collaborative educational environment.

Compensation $45-60+ Per Hour

Pay is based on experience, credentials, and assignment details.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations

  • Develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records

  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and AAC needs

California SLP Requirements

Qualified candidates must possess:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to obtain licensure

  • Completion of supervised clinical practicum requirements

  • Successful completion of the Praxis Speech-Language Pathology Examination

  • Ability to meet all district and state background clearance requirements

California licensure generally requires a master's degree, supervised clinical experience, fingerprint clearance, and qualifying Praxis examination scores through the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Board.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Experience with IEP development and special education services

  • Familiarity with AAC devices and autism spectrum disorders

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
