Compensation$35-$55+ Per Hour
Pay is based on experience, credentials, assignment details, and specialized skill sets.

Position Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct and indirect therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Attend and participate in IEP meetings
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and AAC needs
California SLP Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
Completion of supervised clinical practicum requirements
Successful completion of the Praxis Speech-Language Pathology Examination
Ability to meet all district and state background clearance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
School-based experience preferred
Experience with AAC, autism spectrum disorders, and IEP development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
