Qualifications:
- Valid California SLPA license (required)
- Experience in educational or healthcare settings supporting speech/language services
- Ability to work effectively with children from PreK through 6th grade
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability when serving multiple school locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing speech and language therapy plans under SLP supervision
- Work across two elementary school sites delivering direct services to students
- Support data collection and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Prepare session materials and contribute actively to team meetings
