School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Fresno, California

Key Qualifications:
- Active California SLPA license required
- Minimum of three months hands-on SLPA experience
- Comfortable managing a caseload in an elementary school setting (TK-5)
- Flexibility to adapt within a Full-Time, Full School Year contract
- Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued but not mandatory
- Strong willingness to collaborate with supervising SLPs, with an initial meet-and-greet to ensure effective partnership
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect services to students under the guidance of a supervising SLP
- Assist with screening, assessing, and documenting student progress
- Carry out individualized and group interventions to address communication goals
- Maintain thorough records and support data collection for IEP and progress reporting
- Collaborate with school staff and families to enhance student success
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions
