Qualifications:
- Current, valid California SLPA license
- At least three months of school-based SLPA experience
- Enthusiastic about working with elementary students (TK-5)
- Comfortable collaborating with other professionals and taking supervision
- Strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish ability is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions as directed by SLP
- Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and communicate observations effectively
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student goals
- Support an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students
