Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current and active state licensure appropriate for school-based practice
- Previous pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals and groups
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Support student inclusion and success within the school environment
